SEO audits are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of payment and receipt of necessary website access. Delivery times may vary based on website complexity and current workload.

4. Payment Terms

• Standard SEO Audit: $79 (payment required before service delivery)
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• All prices in USD
• Custom implementation services quoted separately

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality or depth of your SEO audit, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right or provide a refund.

6. No Ranking Guarantees

While we provide professional analysis and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings. SEO results depend on many factors including implementation quality, competition, and search engine algorithms.

7. Intellectual Property

All reports, recommendations, and materials created by WebIgniter LLC remain our intellectual property but are licensed to you for implementation on your website.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your business information, website data, or audit results with third parties except as required by law.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate website information
• Grant necessary access for audit purposes
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Not resell our audit reports without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

WebIgniter LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

We may terminate service to clients who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior toward our staff.
